Your privacy matters to jilibaby. jilibaby collects only the personal data that is necessary for the purposes described in this policy. We retain data only for as long as legally required or operationally necessary, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.
In the event of a personal data breach that poses a real risk to your rights and freedoms, jilibaby will notify affected Members and report to the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours of becoming aware, as required by the Data Privacy Act.
Rights you hold under the Philippine Data Privacy Act — exercisable at any time
Request a copy of the personal data jilibaby holds about you, the purposes for which it is processed, and information about any third parties it has been shared with. Requests are fulfilled within 30 days.
Request correction of inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated personal data. You can update most profile information directly in your jilibaby account settings. For KYC document corrections, contact support.
Request deletion of your personal data where processing is no longer necessary, consent has been withdrawn, or processing is unlawful. Note that data we are legally required to retain — such as AML and KYC records — cannot be erased before the mandated retention period expires.
Object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes or where processing is based on legitimate interests. Upon valid objection to marketing, jilibaby will cease processing within five business days.
Request a machine-readable copy of personal data you have provided to jilibaby, where technically feasible, to allow you to transfer it to another service provider. Available for account profile data and transaction history.
Request temporary restriction of processing while the accuracy of your data is being verified or while an objection is being considered. During the restriction period, jilibaby may store your data but will not actively process it for operational purposes.

jilibaby does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21. In accordance with PAGCOR guidelines and Philippine law, all registered Members must be at least 21 years old. During registration and KYC verification, jilibaby confirms the age of all Members through identity document review.
If jilibaby discovers that personal data belonging to a person under 21 has been collected — for example, where a false date of birth was provided during registration — the account will be immediately closed, all funds returned after deducting any administrative costs, and the data deleted in accordance with applicable law.

Members who believe jilibaby has failed to comply with the Data Privacy Act may file a complaint directly with the National Privacy Commission (NPC). jilibaby fully cooperates with NPC investigations and takes all regulatory communications seriously.
jilibaby reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, regulatory requirements, or platform functionality. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via SMS or email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The updated Policy will be published on this page with a revised Effective Date.
Your continued use of jilibaby after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. If you object to changes in how your data is processed, you may request account closure and data deletion as provided in Section 10.
