These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the jilibaby platform, including all games, betting services, promotions, and account features. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By using jilibaby, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
The most important things every jilibaby member needs to know before playing
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use jilibaby. This is a strict legal requirement under PAGCOR guidelines and Philippine law. Age verification will be conducted during the KYC process.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on jilibaby. Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.
All bonuses and promotional credits on jilibaby are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The specific multiplier and eligible games for each promotion are stated in the individual promotion terms.
jilibaby requires all members to complete Know Your Customer verification before processing withdrawal requests. Submission of false or fraudulent documents will result in permanent account closure without recourse.
All account balances, deposits, bets, and withdrawals on jilibaby are transacted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the account holder's responsibility. GCash and PayMaya are primary supported methods.
jilibaby actively supports responsible gambling. Members may set deposit limits, session timers, and request self-exclusion at any time through their account settings. We reserve the right to initiate protective measures on accounts showing signs of problem gambling.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member," "you," or "the User") and jilibaby ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at jilibaby.net (the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing a wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Your continued use of jilibaby following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
To register and use jilibaby, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:
jilibaby reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposited funds will be returned after deducting any administrative costs incurred.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on jilibaby. Duplicate accounts — including accounts created by the same person using different mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. jilibaby employs automated and manual checks to detect multi-accounting, and confirmed violations will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances, including any bonuses and winnings.
During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registered details and must update them promptly if they change. jilibaby shall not be liable for losses arising from outdated account information, including failed withdrawal notifications sent to a superseded mobile number.
Before jilibaby processes any withdrawal request, you must complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued identification document. Accepted Philippine IDs include: Passport, Driver's Licence, SSS Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), PhilSys National ID, GSIS eCard, PRC ID, Voter's ID, and Postal ID. jilibaby reserves the right to request additional documentation, including proof of address or source of funds, where required by anti-money laundering obligations.
KYC documents must be clear, legible, and current. Submission of expired, altered, or fraudulent documents constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and referral to the relevant authorities where legally required.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. jilibaby strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify jilibaby of any unauthorised access. Notify us immediately via live chat if you suspect your account has been compromised.
jilibaby accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO Unibank, Metrobank, and select cryptocurrency networks (USDT, BTC, and others as listed in the Cashier at the time of deposit). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jilibaby does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source is registered to a different person — are not permitted and may be subject to reversal. jilibaby reserves the right to request evidence confirming ownership of the payment method used.
jilibaby processes deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP). For cryptocurrency deposits, the applicable conversion rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on-chain will apply. Exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal are your responsibility.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by KYC-verified account holders. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. jilibaby does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
Processing times are as follows: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within 1–3 business days, subject to inter-bank clearing schedules. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically confirmed within 1 hour, subject to network congestion.
jilibaby reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above a certain threshold, or where unusual account activity has been flagged. These checks may extend processing times temporarily. jilibaby will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank clearing times, or network congestion.
jilibaby offers various bonuses, promotions, cashback programmes, and VIP rewards to its members. Each promotion is governed by specific terms stated on the individual promotion page. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise:
VIP tier progression is calculated automatically based on cumulative betting activity. jilibaby reserves the right to adjust VIP tier criteria, benefits, and thresholds at any time. VIP status is non-transferable and lapses upon account closure.
All games on the jilibaby platform — including live dealer tables, slots, RNG table games, sports betting markets, online sabong, and bingo — operate under rules specific to each game or sport. General betting rules applicable across the Platform are as follows:

jilibaby collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
Personal data collected by jilibaby — including identification documents submitted for KYC, financial transaction records, and gameplay history — may be shared with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and licensed third-party service providers where required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform. jilibaby will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All content on the jilibaby Platform — including but not limited to the website design, user interface, logos, graphics, text, software, game content (subject to third-party provider licences), and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of jilibaby or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any jilibaby content without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilibaby shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical malfunction; loss of data; service interruptions; or decisions made based on information provided on the Platform.
jilibaby's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member during the three-month period immediately preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of the action — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jilibaby makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.
jilibaby reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for breach, jilibaby may withhold any account balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part as permitted by law. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach, remaining real-money balances (excluding unmet bonus obligations) will be returned to the Member via their verified payment method.
You may close your jilibaby account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of jilibaby shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
jilibaby encourages Members to resolve disputes informally in the first instance by contacting customer support. Formal complaints may be submitted in writing via the contact details in Section 16. jilibaby will acknowledge a written complaint within five business days and provide a full response within 30 days.
jilibaby operates in compliance with the regulatory framework administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Where applicable, regulatory oversight and dispute escalation mechanisms provided under PAGCOR's framework are available to Members.
jilibaby reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via the mobile number or email address on file, and the updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with an updated Effective Date. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this document.
Your continued use of jilibaby after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
